To access your free new content, all you have to do is launch the game, select the option “DLC Packs” on the main menu, and manually download all the new goodies you want. Every player that owns the Standard Edition of the original Dying Light (not this year’s sequel) will be automatically upgraded to the Enhanced Edition. The developer dropped the announcement on Twitter. This means you don’t have to buy some of the game’s additional content, like The Following expansion. Techland announced that starting today, May 5, all owners of the base Dying Light game are getting a free upgrade to the Enhanced Edition across all platforms.
